This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with large garage on Bear Lake is fully furnished and was completely renovated in 2018.
At our cottage there is fun to be had year round. In the Summer enjoy swimming, boating , fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, ATV-ing, as well as nearby golfing. In the fall/winter come up for hunting, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, tubing or skiing. Listen to the Loons calling throughout the day and roast marshmallows in the fire pit while enjoying the incredible star filled sky at night. This beautiful Lake House has it all!
**MILES & MILES of ATV & Snowmobile trails less than a mile away! **Golfers.. there are 17 golf courses available within 30 miles! **Pontoon Boat available for rent or bring your own (see below for rental information) **Kayaks & paddle boards included in your stay (see below for details)
Our property is approx 30min from Torch Lake, 1 hr from Sleeping Bear Dunes, and 40 min from Traverse City. This makes it the perfect location to "get away" while still staying just a day trip away from Michigan's favorite hot spots such as: Turtle Creek Casino, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Mackinaw City, Leelanau Peninsula -Wineries & Breweries, and numerous outdoor sights & recreational activities.
Home includes:
*kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, Keurig Coffee Maker, blender, mixer, toaster, crockpot and all new appliances: microwave, fridge, stove & dishwasher.
*laundry room with washer & dryer
*cozy living room/dining room area with amazing lake views, flat screen tv & a gas fireplace. Double sliding glass doors lead to a large deck with propane grill, 6 person dining table, hanging lights and 2 person swing.
*Main floor bedroom with queen bed and beautiful full bathroom across the hall
*Upstairs Master Bedroom includes a King Bed and a Full + twin Bunk bed. Double french doors lead to a private deck with rocking chairs and amazing morning views of the lake while you sip your morning coffee!
*2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen bed *3rd upstairs bedroom has a twin bunk and second full/twin bunk.
*Beautiful upstairs full bath
*Basement includes a cozy couch & love seat, flat screen tv, walk out deck with 6 person dining table, lounge chairs, hanging lights, beautiful lake views and a fire pit below with seating. Basement also has room for air mattresses for additional guests if you provide the mattresses.
*Baby/little people items available for use: pack & play, table top high chairs/booster seats, and toys.
*dock with lounge chairs, swim ladder and room to dock a boat and/or other water toys.
* Rental includes 3 Kayaks, 1 adult paddle board, 1 youth paddle board, and several life jackets.
*Pontoon Boat being offered for rent in the summer time. $125 per night of stay. (Please ask for further details)
