Your private lanai and BBQ overlooks the sparkling blue ocean, and you get to enjoy magical sunsets every night. This side of the island was not impacted by the recent fires, and the pristine beaches and coves of Wailea and Kihei are just minutes away including Makena, Big Beach and La Perouse Bay. Upscale “Shops at Wailea” mall will provide you with plenty of restaurants, bars, galleries and shopping.
This newly built home includes a master bedroom on the upper level with ensuite bathroom with custom stone, multi head shower and separate oversized jacuzzi tub as well as a king size bed and large flat screen TV with custom a sound system. The sliding glass door with an ocean view gives direct access to the upstairs lanai. The second master bedroom on the lower level is a studio suite with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. It includes two queen beds; a living area including flat screen TV with sofa and coffee table and has a with a private split A/C. Perfect for a family with small children. The large lanai with BBQ, yard, and saltwater pool are accessed through two large sliding glass doors. The home comes with an upscale kitchen with large functional center island and bar.
