This beautiful 1750sqf house is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet & peaceful, neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms include beds for 6 people plus a folding bed is also available which is very comfortable!
This home can sleep a total of 7 people. House includes a smart TV which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, WiFi, Foosball table and games, washer & dryer, wood burning fireplace and more. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. It also has an amazing furnished private patio to sit and relax and enjoy the sun light. Plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel.
You can also freely use the Neighborhood's pool, park, basketball and tennis court that are located a few minutes walking from the house. I can assure you will love it!

Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.
