4 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner
This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house with a den that has been converted into a great office.
Perfect for working professionals or anyone who wants or needs a comfortable and nice house in a convenient location in the Reno/Tahoe area. The house is: 10 minutes from downtown Reno, 10 minutes from the University of Nevada Reno, 25 minutes from Truckee, CA, 45 minutes from Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Mt Rose and Lake Tahoe.
There are excellent views from every bedroom including the office and backyard. Views of Mt. Peavine, the Sierra Nevada's, and a 180 degree view looking toward downtown Reno (N to S panoramic). Views of the city are clearly visible from 2 of the bedrooms upstairs and the master bedroom has views to the NW, SW, and SE.
Lovely open kitchen/living room with hardwood floors and a 65" 4K UHD TV in the living room that is great for relaxing or entertaining. The deck in the backyard is great for entertaining as well as watching the moon rises or thunderstorms roll through the valley. Tall 9 foot ceilings give the house a grandiose feel complimented by beautiful archways and a very clean and modern look and style.
The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower and a tub as well as a walk-in closet and private toilet area. The 2nd upstairs bathroom is roomy as well with a shower and views of the city.
One bedroom upstairs is currently being used as a workout room and will remain as such unless needed otherwise. We have a high-quality queen size blow-up bed for temporary sleeping in the "exercise room" if need be.
There is a quaint nook for a front patio that is excellent for an early morning coffee or breakfast.
Within a 3 minute drive there is a plethora of food places (fast food and nice sit-down restaurants) as well as a nice shopping center with nearly every amenity, and we are only about 3 minutes from I-80 as well.
The house is very clean and very well maintained and is in an excellent location for Reno. It sits 3 houses from the end of a cul-de-sac on a very well maintained and appreciated street with very respectful and kind neighbors.
