Not your typical cabin! Modern home, sleeps 12, with spectacular lake views. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from Sunset Marina, the largest on the lake. Take a leisurely stroll or ride your ATV from Almost Eden to the water's edge to fish, swim or just enjoy the serenity of beautiful Dale Hollow.
Almost Eden is the right choice for rest, relaxation and reconnecting. The open floor plan and many windows provide a comfortable yet homey atmosphere. The master suite has a king pillow top mattress with luxury bedding, deck access and attached full bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, ample storage and an attached full bath. The loft suite has two twin trundles (sleeps four) and adjoins a spacious common area with two sofas, tv/dvd and another stunning lake view. The walkout basement has two comfortable futons, tv/dvd as well as deck access and a half bath. The basement is also home to Air Hockey, Fooseball, Ping Pong and board games making it the teen's favorite spot. The spacious kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and provisions for twelve guests. Whether you are looking to put together a quick meal after a day of boating or taking time to let your inner chef shine, you will find what you need! The washer/dryer area, adjacent to the kitchen, includes storage shelve and there is a storage cabinet for your pantry/dry good items. The dining area seats 8 with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A favorite dining area is on the deck where there is seating for 8. The deck also includes a stainless steel gas grill and the most gorgeous sunsets on the lake!
Nearby Byrdstown (10 minutes) has several restaurants, grocery store, fuel, boat repair, canoe rentals, etc.
