A beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom home for you & your family/friends. Lots of light, hardwood floors throughout & a great place for just about anyone. Blocks from downtown with a creekside park across the street. Walk or bus to Cornell/IC. Direct bus to Cornell departs from 1 block away every 30 minutes.

A beautiful Cape Cod-style home with all the amenities. 3 bedroom 2 bath home set up as follows: large bedroom on the first story with queen-size bed. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with 2 twins, and a smaller room with a queen bed and a crib. The couch has a full-size pull out bed. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom make this a beautiful home! We provide all the linens and towels, clean and fresh for your arrival.
You'll have access to the whole house. Included in your stay is a full-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need for a delicious meal. Also included is high-speed internet, use of the gas grill, and washer & dryer.
We can be involved in your stay as little or as much as desired. If you need guidance as to where to go, when, where, why, and how, we're happy to provide advice and suggestions. We won't be present at the house during your stay but will likely be available and in town if you need something.
Ithaca's Southside Neighborhood is a quiet, residential area with a beautiful park right along Six Mile Creek.
Direct bus to Cornell leaves from 1 block away, 15 min on & off. 20-25 min walk to Cornell or IC. The central Ithaca bus hub is just a few blocks away in the middle of downtown.
We have bees and chickens on the property. Both are taken care of and kept in fenced in areas of the backyard. They won't bother you during your stay.
