Enter from the driveway up the stairs to the back deck where there is outdoor seating and a gas grill for guests to enjoy cooking outside to smell the salt water. Leading into the kitchen on the main floor, featuring a beautiful tile backsplash, electric stove, Keurig, kettle, toaster and enough cutlery for family and friends. Please note that the refrigerator's ice/water maker does not work.
Down the hallway is bathroom 1- with a shower/tub combo and bedroom 1 with two Twin beds, AC and a fan.
The open concept dining room seats six guests with access to the Livingroom for everyone to join together. The front door to the home is located off of the Livingroom with a large front deck with a table and chairs. Imagine making breakfast with a cup of coffee watching the morning traffic of dogwalkers, runners, and hearing the ocean waves crashing. Minisplit available with AC.
Up the stairs to the second floor is the Primary bedroom. This room has two Twin beds pushed together to make a king size bed, a seating area with a small couch and chair, TV and a stunning slider with access to a small deck that has OCEAN views. After a day at the beach, sitting up there with a drink in hand as the sun goes down. Minisplit available with AC and ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2- This small full bathroom has a shower stall, corner sink and toilet.
Bedroom 3- Two Twins and Double. 2 floor fans to keep the room cool but this room does NOT have AC.
*This home does have AC in all rooms except the 2nd floor bedroom with 2 twins & double size bed.*
