The breathtaking views from the living room can be enjoyed while watching your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV, or while playing a game or enjoying a glass of wine in the comfortable sitting areas.
The newly remodeling kitchen is bright and airy! It has all of the amenities you'll need to cook some fantastic dinners, including a double oven, gas range cook top, and plenty of beautiful counter space. The dining rooms has seating for 6 with additional counter seating.
The upper floor features a huge master bedroom with bonus den. You'll love the comfort of the high end king size bed, luxurious en suite bathroom, and the den space featuring a desk and extra sleeping space. The lower level boasts 2 spacious guest rooms, the first with a king size bed, en suite bathroom, and breathtaking views from the walk out patio and the second features a comfortable queen size bed and sitting area.
The outdoor space is where you'll love to spend the majority of your time! Relax by the firepit or take a nap in the hammock! Enjoy a night of grilling out and dining outdoors while taking in the incredible beauty of the San Juan Mountain Range!

Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. We do offer travel insurance.
