If you are planning to go boating, bring your boat or jet-ski and dock it at our private boat slip which is a few minutes drive from the house in the community. A boat ramp is conveniently located at the nearby Bear Creek Marina.
Perfect for couples or families, this is a new two-level mountain style home that sleeps up to eight people, offering 4 bedrooms, 2½ baths, and large living and loft areas. A large bank of windows affords awesome views of the beautiful surroundings. This home uniquely combines luxury amenities with natural materials to enhance your mountain experience on the lake! Gorgeous wood and travertine flooring throughout leads you from the double entry hall into a great room with gas fireplace, flanked by a modern kitchen and an inviting expansive deck that is surrounded by lush mountain greenery and mountain views.
