The 60 square meters holiday house "Garden View" is located next to a residential house on a 1400 square meters private plot near the Central Station. The location is quiet and central. The huge 800 m2 large garden with fruit trees offers enough space to relax and play facilities for children (tree house and trampoline). Grill and Loungers on the terrace. No use of the garden.
The holiday house is in a very good condition and offers modern furnishings. It has a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and a dining area.
The modern bathroom is located next to the house floor and is independently accessible from both rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a sleeping sofa as well as a working set.
