Completed December of 2016 this family-owned custom Farmhouse is located on the edge of Black Forest between Colorado Springs and Monument, Colorado in a sub-divison consisting of 2.5 to 5 acre lots. This 5000 sq ft. (1000 unfinished) sits on 3.5 acres of land with a beautiful view of the Continental Divide. There is parking for 5 cars, large beautiful porch with seating, deck with fun outdoor lighting, BBQ grill, and basketball hoop.
The interior is a Farmhouse design with all the amenities. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has custom built in bunks that sleeps four. There is a loft with couch and game table. The main level includes open living, dining and large kitchen space with large breakfast island, prep kitchen, laundry, mudroom and powder bath and master suite with private bath which includes a beautiful relaxing clawfoot tub and a double head shower. Lower lever includes a second laundry room and mother-in-law suite with private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living room with TV and access to private patio.
Grocery shopping and Starbucks are 10 minutes away. Fox Run Park with fun hiking trails (3 mins), Air Force Academy (10 mins), Garden of the Gods, (20 mins), Seven Falls (25 mins), Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (25 mins), Pikes Peak Railway and Manitou Incline (30 mins), and The Broadmoor Hotel (30 mins) are must-see attractions for Colorado.
