Lake San Marcos is a private planned community ideally located to enjoy all of southern California's's attractions..yet comfortably secluded on its own mile long lake just north of the heart of San Diego. We are only 15 minutes from beautiful beaches and close to Legoland, Carlsbad outlet stores and Costco.
Lake San Marcos executive (par 58) golf course is blocks from the condo and tennis is within walking distance. 'Restaurant row' is a five minute drive and there is a local cafe and shopping just down the hill. We have a secure 2 car garage and Lake San Marcos has its own 24 hour security patrol.
