With 3 BR and 2.5 BA, this resort style condominium sleeps up to 6 people. You can prepare meals in the full kitchen with plenty of seating in the dining room. For quick meals, the breakfast nook or bar stools are perfect! This beautiful home offers a spacious master suite and 2 separate guest suites. There is a large sectional and 52 in. flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player in the living area to provide seating and entertainment for the entire family. This unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Summary: My wife and I plus an adult friend spent January in this lovely 3 bedroom condo. The second floor condo is large and spacious, with ceilings that seem to rise forever. The rooms are expansive, covered in marble tile. The condo is outfitted in what appears to be a decorator-inspired informal and light-hearted shore theme. The kitchen appliances and cooking tools provided are true Professional grade. There are four places to eat: stools at the kitchen counter; a breakfast table; a full dining table; plus a dining table on the balcony. The LR flat screen TV is the largest I’ve seen in a private dwelling; the lighting is everywhere; the large screened balcony gets sun much of the day. The mattresses combine firmness with softness. Full beach and recreation gear is provided. We have met the owners and dealt with them on several subsequent occasions. They are friendly, gracious, responsive and excellent landlords.
