The space

Living room comfortably seats 4-6 people, 52-inch HDTV (full premium cable line up + app ready Sony smart tv) above the fireplace, a reading nook in a separate corner.
WORK SPACE/OFFICE:
Three-seater sectional sofa, standard size work desk with dedicated cell charger station.
DINING ROOM:
Large dining room contains a full size table with seating for six.
KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances.
Cleaning items and garbage bags are provided.
Four-burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and water purification system.
Gourmet coffee and tea station: Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 coffee maker with Keurig pod maker; tea kettle; French press; and separate old-school, four-cup Mr. Coffee maker for those who prefer simpler appliances.
Cooking appliances/pantry/utensils: InstantPot, four-slice toaster, Cosori air fryer, Nutribullet blender, Kitchen Aid hand-held mixer and an assortment of quality pantry items, cooking utensils and dinnerware, barware, glasses and condiments.
THE ICE MAKER IS TURNED OFF. Bagged ice is provided for guest use.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
New full size washer and dryer pair.
Seventh Generation laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Garment steamer (instead of an iron), collapsible laundry basket, and free-standing drying rack.

Fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, hand towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, a curling iron and a flat iron.
Second/guest bedroom: queen bed, two full size dressers, chair and small closet.
Detached guest bathroom in hall. Renovated to include a full size shower with original, cast iron bathtub. Original cast iron pedestal sink. Fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, hand towels, quality toiletries, and a hair dryer.
ENTRANCES/EXITS:
Front door is main entrance.
Two other entrances/exits: a side entry, with security lighting, along left of house, opens into a mudroom with baggage/package/luggage drop-zone; and a rear deck entry with gate/stairs.
DECK/BACKYARD:
Outdoor dining table with seating for six, patio umbrella and a full-size Char-Broil, gas grill with side burner.
Rear of the back yard: four-seater conversation area.
GARAGE:
The garage is currently not for guest use.
In the event of an extreme weather event, permission will be granted to house one vehicle during that time.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. There are areas in the kitchen pantry and the primary bedroom closet that are for host use only, however. The garage is off-limits (special exception during extreme weather event).

Guests must observe all city and local ordinances and laws concerning noise levels and maintain respect for neighborhood standards and the privacy of others while staying on the property.
Guests will be responsible for putting out the garbage for Monday pick-up and must bring in the emptied garbage can from the curb after trash collection is completed.
