(WE WILL SHUT IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND POLICE WILL ISSUE A CITATION FOR EXCESSIVE NOISE) NO LOUD MUSIC, THIS IS A PRIVATE NEIGHBORHOOD, NOT A PARTY HOUSE. WE WILL SHUT YOU DOWN IF WE HEAR LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC.
***NO MORE THAN 2 TRASH BAGS PER DAY***(TRASH COMPANY CHARGES ME EXTRA FOR EXCESSIVE TRASH) Example if you stay for two nights you are only allowed 4 normal bags of trash. Anything more is $$75 fee.
