700 square foot apartment. Bird lovers of the world rejoice, this apartment in historic Louviers is the perfect place to see the Western bluebird, or any of the other hundreds of birds that call our town home (in spring and summer, birds fly south of course). Light and airy, the kitchen is as retro as our town. The bedroom harkens back to the romantic era of the Belle Epoque and there's even a reading nook. Come enjoy one of only three company towns ever built in Colorado -- a real piece of Americana. Louviers is a National Historic District.
The space
Located between Littleton and Castle Rock we are 8 miles to Highlands Ranch.
A 700 square foot apartment with one bedroom and a pull out sofa. Louviers is a quiet haven for humans and wildlife. Listed as a National Historic District we are 30 minutes to an hour from downtown Denver depending on traffic. There is plenty of hiking in the area as we are close to the mountains. Louviers is a beautiful tree-town and you have your own private patio to enjoy the view. While the town only has a library and post office, restaurants and groceries are 7 to 8 miles away depending which direction you go.

Please feel free to enjoy our front porch on the first floor. Your apartment also comes with its own secluded balcony. You are free to roam the grounds. If you are staying with us longer than a couple of days and need access to the laundry let us know.
