This 2 bedroom condo has been completely remodeled inside with all new flooring, kitchen, a beautiful custom fireplace in the living area and brand new furniture. Bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2022. The building is bayfront but this unit faces East and has partial bayviews from the balcony. The balcony has an electric grill and comfortable chairs to relax at the end of the day. 2 Flat Panel TV s, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. 2 full bathrooms, WIFI, full size front load washer and dryer, one assigned parking spot out front and additional visitor parking spots available. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds and one double bed. 4 Beach Badges for tenant use. A $40.00 charge for every badge not left in the unit at check-out.
