The kitchen is designed with custom self-closing cabinetry and brand new high-end appliances including Thermador refrigerator/freezer, Viking range/oven, Bosche dishwasher and quartzite countertops. There is a casual counter with RH stools for cozy breakfasts and a Calligaris glass dining table seating up to 10 for larger group dining.
The home features grey oak hardwood floors throughout, and is tastefully furnished with brand new, bright and beachy Restoration Hardware furniture and lighting. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and sliding glass doors opening to an expansive natural wood deck with a 20’x40’ heated pool. You can relax outside and enjoy the large sun-filled deck area with outdoor dining and seating options perfect for entertaining, or just sit on the front porch and relax your summer away. In addition, there is a patio area out back with Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a half-sized basketball court.
Along the interior the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with sliding glass doors opening to the deck.
