Fully stocked kitchen cupboards with everything you could need to create your own meals. Two bar stools provide seating at the breakfast bar. Dining area with large table and six chairs for fabulous family meals. Laundry room with large washing machine and a large dryer.
Master suite with luxurious king size bed with large en-suite with shower, corner bath, large vanity units holding two basins and separate toilet. Beautiful queen size bed and a Hallway Bathroom next to the room. The other 2 rooms has 2 twin beds in each room and a Jack and Jill bathroom between these two bedrooms with bath and shower over, basin in large vanity unit and toilet.
Enjoy the Florida sunshine on our extremely private East Facing pool/spa deck or for those preferring shade there is a covered lanai. Enjoy relaxing evenings whilst sitting or dining by the pool, which can be illuminated. The pool/deck area has covered screening to keep the pool clean and the bugs out.
