Summary: The pictures were accurate for interior of VRBO. It seems that this is a brand new property that was rushed to get done (poor paint job, some cosmetic sloppiness) it was clean and ready. The bedding was mismatched. When plugging in the coffee maker to use in the morning it sparked behind the oven and could not be reached to access plug so coffee maker did not work. It is close enough to Buffalo but the listing does not make clear that it is part of a housing development. It seems like a poor neighborhood but that is just speculation. The other apartments in this neighborhood are not Vrbos and the neighborhood has some abandoned buildings (one being across the street) and some with a lot of debris outside. I'm hopeful that many of the apartment buildings are being bought up to be flipped so it will not be a problem in the future but this is unclear. It got the job done for having a place to sleep after the concert. The owner was courteous to let us check in at 1pm as the initial listing states (conflicting info on whether check in is 1pm or 4pm). Also the initial listing allowed for 6 people but now only states 5. We just brought an air mattress and it was fine. Dogs are allowed but they have the back door to the yard listed as an emergency exit only. Back yard still accessible by front door though.
