While we do allow events, all events that contain more people than stated in the reservation must be approved by owner prior to any event; subject to owner's discretion.
Please place all trash in trash cans (especially around pools, grill areas, and other common areas). Also, please pick up after dog. Our cleaning crews only handle the interior of the houses and if trash is left outside, we would need to hire additional services.
