This beautiful 3 bedroom home is conveniently located to the neighborhood pool in the Village of Antrim Dells. Antrim Dells is in walking distance the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Manatee Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, tennis and pickleball courts, horseshoe pits, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends (If you choose not to cook, there are so many great restaurants to try). The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, perfect if you're entertaining or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. This home comes complete and includes gas golf cart, BBQ, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
