Summary: We enjoyed this property. We were visiting the area to watch Spring Training Baseball ... it was nicely located for this activity, especially Park of the Palm Beaches. The property was also nicely appointed. The description of the property included a washer and dryer which I assume was in the converted garage which required a combination that we did not have. Previous concern was for the water pressure in the Master Bedroom -- this had not been rectified and was somewhat inconvenient. Same bathroom, problems with hot water in the shower. There are a plethora of TV's in the unit but none contain current / live major channels (ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN ESPN ...... there is "live programming" but they're actually tapes and not mainstream news. It might be worth taking a look at this ....... Thank you, LHH
