Welcome to Old Town, Fort Collins! You will enjoy the ease to all the amenities Old Town has to offer when staying in the lower level apartment which is located in this beautiful custom built 3-story home. Walking distance to many restaurants. 3 blocks from College Ave, 6 blocks to CSU, & 1 block to Lee Martinez Park.
The Space: The 1000 sq ft apartment has 2 queen beds, fans and noise machines in both bedrooms, a pack-n-play, leather sofa, leather recliner, a seating nook which is great for catching up on emails or playing cards, a chaise lounge to kick back and read a book, 65-inch Smart TV w/fast Wi-Fi, multiple games/cards to play, dining table with bench and two chairs and a kitchenette equipped with a Mini Fridge, Pizza Oven, Small Crockpot, Induction Cooktop, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker & Coffee Pot; both types of coffee provided.
Guest access: Keyless entry powered by August Home. Download the app and unlock with your phone or enter your customized code upon entry. Stairway has a motion light keeping it well lit.
Other things to note: No backyard access; however, there is a little table with two chairs in front to be utilized and 2 different parks within walking distance.
Pets: Small Non-shedding dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with a $35 fee. Please keep them off of the furniture and beds. If dog hair is found, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250. No cats allowed.
Please be sure to book the correct number of guests in your group. Maximum of 4. Additional charges will apply if there are more than 4 in your group. Some exceptions can be made in advance.
