4 Bedroom House with Designated Smoking Area, View and Guest Services

Kayakers, paddle-boarders, snorkelers, anglers and kite-boarders will find endless hours of entertainment here. Two kayaks and two SUP's are included for your use on the property. There is a protective reef surrounding the bay, keeping the waters calm. Or, maybe you just like long walks on the beach, finding shells and watching the sunset?
Immerse yourself in the natural serenity. With over 6 acres, and miles of undeveloped beach right out your doorstep, Estate Great Pond on St. Croix's south shore is peaceful and unique in many ways.
One-level ranch style living, with and open layout, makes this a wonderful family retreat. You enter the house into an inviting sunroom and dining area with mutilple arched windows facing the sea. This opens into a cool, sunken living room with a 75" smart TV, and the centrally located, gourmet kitchen that makes family meals a pleasure no matter how long your stay. Our solid concrete home has 4 bedrooms, and 4 1/2 baths, sleeping 10 people comfortably.

Our home is located next door to the East End Marine Park Visitor Center, only 3 miles from Green Cay Marina, and 10 minutes from Christiansted, or Point Udall on the East End.
Our concierge lives nearby and will meet you at the airport and escort you to the property. She is available before, and for the duration of your stay, to answer any house or island related questions, as well as recommend restaurants and other island activities.
