2 Bedroom Condo with Pool, View and Balcony

It’s a 5th floor oceanfront condo with wrap around balcony - has it's own private beach area with palapa's & chairs provided. The building has a beautiful pool and has 24 hour security. Balcony is appointed with table and 6 chairs.
2 bedrooms with on-suite full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have King size beds. One bed can be split into 2 twins. The couch also pulls out into a Queen bed, which is a tempur-pedic mattress. Both bedrooms have TV's & new AC units.
Fully equipped kitchen including a reverse osmosis drinking water system. The dining table seats 6.
Living area has full ocean view from the 3 panel moving glass wall system - new couch pulls out into Queen bed - TV with DVD player & DVD's - AC unit cools kitchen & living area.
Laundry room has a stackable washer & dryer.
PLEASE NOTE: there is NO PARKING available at this facility.

Summary: This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo on the 5th floor is amazing. The large balcony opens out to magnificent ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook at home. It is located near many restaurants, bars and markets.
