Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and outdoor grill with picnic table. Brand new 3 split AC in the living room and bed rooms. Brand new washer and dryer in the unit for you to use.
( This beach house is about 8000 sft, half of the house is rebuilt and renovated , the other half with a different entrance is occupies by the owner, you will be staying at the new part of the house with private entrance by the beach with private back yard facing the water ) We are always here to help if you need paddle board or kayak or surf lessons.
