Summary: I’ll start out by saying the highlight for this home is being steps from the beach with your own personal path. The pictures on the listing are extremely outdated and not accurate. The home is very charming however the sleeping arrangements downstairs is not what was pictured. There is a microwave listed in the kitchen amenities but there wasn’t one. I reached out to the host who said it kicked the dust a few weeks ago and offered to try to get us one if able. I responded that we would appreciate it if she was able to. Then I heard nothing back until I messaged about trash night. Part of our responsibility was to take trash and recycling out for pick up. No big deal however both of the recycling bins were packed full from previous weeks and the recycling didn’t get picked up during our stay either. I messaged host to let her know about the full recycling which she did respond with a thank you and then told me she wouldn’t be able to get the microwave. These are not end of world problems however I have a responsibility to pay to stay and I expect the same responsibility from the host. We were not able to use any of the closets due to the amount of personal items in the home. It would have been nice to know bc at one point it felt like we were invading their space. It was a little awkward seeing prescriptions in drawers, closets full of clothes and personal items, etc. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our time.
