This is the perfect home to spend your summer. Wake up every morning and take your coffee down to the beach to enjoy the smell of the salt water air and sand on the toes while being serenaded by the song of the birds and the lull of the ocean waves. Full beach access over looking Semiahmoo Bay in the Straight of Georgia. Expansive views with endless floor to ceiling windows and a massive wrap around deck for your nightly sunset viewing and lights of White Rock as you are savoring your wine.
The space
This unique and eclectic design of a home greets you with the streets of Chicago as you come in the main entrance and straight into the billiards room, next down the hall is the wet bar. Then enter into approximately 3500 sq ft of open floor plan with wall to wall floor to ceiling south facing and ocean view windows which leaves it open and airy with all the comforts of home. The extra large fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful bar designed by a restauranteur will beckon the inner chef in anyone. The large gas fire place separates the informal to formal dining room. The 2nd gas fireplace is in the master bedroom where French Doors open to the deck with ocean views. The expansive master bathroom is a beautiful spa design with a huge soaker tub and walk in shower that brings you into the Mediterranean. There is a den with a single bed to accommodate a third person or child.
