MAIN LIVING SPACE: With all-white, vaulted ceiling lined with tongue-and-groove paneling and bright white walls, you’ll relax with a sense of coastal grandeur in this two-story, cottage-style home. The living space, with wall-mounted, flat-screen TV, and sectional sofa, invites lounging, and it flows into the dining area for six and into the kitchen. With espresso machine and island with stool seating, the kitchen has everything needed for prepping meals, snacks, and cocktails.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary king suite on the ground level, dressed in khaki and blues, feels beachy and relaxing after a day on the beach, and it offers a private door opening directly onto the front porch with park views. Enjoy a spacious primary bathroom, with a glassed-in shower and dual sinks. On the second level, pass though the bunk room to a queen guest room that shares a bath with the ensuite bunks, featuring two twin bunks—a perfect set-up for families or guests of different ages.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great in so many ways, it was clean, new, sunny, and the furnishing and kitchen were decorated so nicely and well thought out. However, I would say this layout is NOT for 6 people unless you have 4 children that all go to bed at the same time or you have 2 children and will bring a nanny with you to sleep next to them. As another reviewer mentioned there is one beautiful king room with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor and the second bedroom with a queen bed is on the second floor, however, you have to walk through the bunk room to get to the queen room. We have 2 kids and my parents came for a few days, it was tricky since the kids went to bed early and my parents had to sneak into the bunk room to get to their room and also the bathroom. In my opinion, this is a 2 bedroom house with a bunk room in between. Again I think it's great for a family of 4, but more than that and it's a hassle with the layout. I wish I had understood this more before booking. Or I wish they would provide floor plans of the homes. Again, the house itself was great otherwise, so close to the town center, cafe and restaurants, and a fast golf cart ride to the beach and pools. The shared "backyard" is a lot smaller in person and unfortunately, when I was there most people used it to take their dogs to the bathroom. We let the kids play in the central parks vs this area. Also, note this house doesn't have an outdoor shower, there is a hose on the side of the house but you come home VERY sandy from the beach and need something to clean off. The last thing to note is that the kitchen is very well stocked, but it's small, with not a lot of counter space (besides the island) or cabinet space for your dry foods. we had to move some things around in the cabinets to fit all the snacks and dry foods for the kids for 6 days. If you plan to eat out all the time it's not an issue, but with kids, we cooked a lot so it was a bit tight.
