2 Bedroom House with Security, View and Sports
1,000+ square foot colonial directly across from the beach. House contains 2 bedrooms. The Master has a queen sized bed. Queen sized bunk beds are in the 2nd bedroom. The house has central air if needed although there is a great breeze that normally blows through. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a queen sized bed. Full sized eat in Kitchen, 1 1/2 baths. There is an outside shower to rinse off from the beach. There is a small Deck with Gas Grill. Water views from the 2nd floor master bedroom. We welcome pets with our pet fee which covers the cost of a special cleaning to ensure all of our guest can enjoy the home without fear of an allergy. Private beach access across the street. Walking distance to Silver Sands state park. Wake up to the gentle sound of the waves rolling into the shore.
We also do require liability insurance. The cost of which is $119.00. An alternative is to put in a $5,000.00 deposit but please be aware that VRBO will charge your credit card for this amount as soon as you book the house.
