✸Bedroom 1: This upstairs room has amazing views from the windows and contains two full size beds a closet and dresser
✸Bedroom 2: This upstairs room has 2 bunk beds with twin mattresses that sleeps 4. The room also contains a closet and 2 dressers providing plenty of storage
✸Bedroom 3: This upstairs master bedroom has an amazing view of Buttermilk bay. This room comes with a queen bed, 2 dressers and a fireplace.

HOA Rules: Please review prior to your stay. A link to the HOA regulations are provided in the House Manual.
TRASH: Monday and Friday are trash days. If you have excess trash, please have it set out front prior to 8am.
RECYCLING: Monday is recylcing pickup. If you have excess recylcing and would like it picked up, please have it set out front by 8am.
SAFETY:
A fire extinguisher is provided under the sink of each kitchen. There is a first aid kit in each of the full bathrooms.
REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD,AWD and/or tire chains.
NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in home under any circumstance. A $500 fee will be charged to anyone who smokes in the cabin.
Entry:
The Front door has an electronic keypad. The code will be provided to you the day of check-in. Check in anytime after 4pm EST. Check out is 11am EST. We do not offer late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.
KITCHEN:
Stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and coffee machine.
LAUNDRY:
Stacked washer and dryer.
AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided but we do not provide toothpaste and floss.
