It's one of the best "just off the water" properties in the area. The owners have charmingly updated the cottage while preserving much of its original character like vaulted exposed wood beams and paneling throughout. Just 3 doors down from tranquil Mission Bay and across the street from the Pacific Ocean, you'll truly have the best of both worlds just steps away all year round.

This gem 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is ideally located bayside, in a family friendly community south of the historic Belmont Park Roller Coaster/Amusement park in South Mission Beach. It's perfect for any family, group of friends, or couple looking to unwind. You'll enjoy professionally laundered linens and a fully stocked kitchen that includes an Instant Pot & Alexa. With its large spa-like shower, you can't help but feel relaxed after returning from a long day at the beach or sightseeing.

The property has a private outdoor living room patio with a fire pit, dining table for 6, outdoor blankets, and a gas BBQ. This location is hard to beat. It's bayside, 3 doors to Mission Bay boardwalk and 1 short block across the street to the Pacific Ocean. You can walk to the ocean, bay, local eateries, pubs and markets. Belmont Park is less than a mile away along with surf shops, beach boutiques, water sports and beach and bike rentals. Soak up the sun, watch the boats sail by and take a stroll along the miles and miles of beachside or bayside boardwalks.

- Near the airport flight path. Although Mission Beach rarely has noticeable flight noise, the San Diego International Airport is centrally located in San Diego and it is common for many San Diego neighborhoods to be below one of the flight paths. Flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am.
- There is another unit on property above the garage with a quiet, long-term tenant & no shared walls.
