3 Bedroom House with Other, Hot Tub and Laundry

Sea La Vie. Come and enjoy life in our beautiful townhome on the beach. Newly remodeled as of May 2018. New applicances, cookware,flooring,decks, etc. Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a large beach level deck as well as a second floor master suite balcony. The master suite with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Master bedroom has a private balcony over looking the beautiful white sands & the Gulf. First floor includes a bedroom that has one queen bed and also includes a full laundry with full bath, a full kitchen, and living area over looking the beach. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed and twin with full en suite bath. Second floor also includes a bunkroom with two built-in twin bunks.
For larger parties my best friends own the adjoining home on the east end. Their VRBO number is 1114818. For even larger parties they also own a home a mile down the road VRBO #1222400.

Summary: It was our first time to stay in Laguna Beach and we loved it. The property was right on the beach with plenty of room. There is a bedroom downstairs sofa bed and other bedrooms upstairs. Parking is right in front of property too. The place was even better than the pics on this site. The decor was amazing with all the wood carvings and nautical stuff. The expensive countertops quality stove and cookware was a dream for our family. Down to the sweet cotton embroided bed skirt. They even had a seafood boil pot big enough for all our shrimp boil. We loved the slower traffic. Stores are few but we loved it compared to chaos of Destin and Seaside. You can still go either direction for dinner. We rented chairs umbrellas on the beach which was perfect they set up and took down each day for us. There were plenty of float noodles water beach chairs at the property though. We also enjoyed eating on the patio for dinner every evening watching the sunset. The only thing is your neighbors are really close and ours smoked the entire time playing their music loudly but there are two tables on the patio We were able to adjust. It was spacious and clean.
