Located on the second (top) floor of the building, You will overlook a quiet gated area with picnic tables, a view of THE famous Cogndon's Food Trucks, and of course the ocean view at the end of Mile Rd. This welcoming condo features vaulted ceilings throughout. The open concept living room has a TV, memory foam sofa bed, a kitchen table, a functional kitchen (without a dishwasher), and a coffee bar. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, TV, and a slider which leads to a private screened in porch. The private porch overlooks the seasonal amenities of the Nautical Mile. The bathroom is located off of living room and provides plenty of space for getting ready for a day or night out on the town!
