Bay View is a lovely traditional home, recently updated to offer comfort and quality whilst retaining much of its charm and character.
The accommodation spans three levels and from its elevated position- set on the hill which leads to the sea- guests can enjoy sea views from the window seats in the kitchen and lounge.
Family friendly, dogs are welcome at Bay View by prior arrangement.
Bay View can host up to six guests across three bedrooms- two doubles and a twin room. There is a large dining kitchen on the first floor which has a homely feel with its stripped wooden floors and carefully selected soft furnishings. A stunning, freestanding rolltop bath is the focal point of the enormous family bathroom which also has a separate walk in shower.
The lounge is on the top floor, which is a haven to relax in after a day exploring the East Neuk- settle down in the comfy sofas and admire the views.One of the double bedrooms is also on this level, with the other two bedroom son the ground floor. An additional WC is located just off the first floor landing. As well as a small rockery style garden to the front, there is a bright, enclosed courtyard garden to the rear, with a range of potted plants for a splash of colour.
St Monans is one of the East Neuk villages, all connected by the coastal path. A traditional fishing village, it is quaint with a gentle pace of life whilst being well located for easy access to St Andrews (20 minutes) and Edinburgh (1hour).
