Positive: The location is great as it’s literally on the door step if Munich central station, supermarkets/shops/cafes a close by.

Negative: I did not receive the email for my entry on instructions, I’m lucky to have walked in the same time as another guest, no directions to the reception in the building, no sign even on the reception door on the 1st floor, I have to call twice for someone to call me back and send the email of instructions, nothing went to my junk, it came straight to my inbox when they sent it which confirms they forgot to send instructions, very poor service. No iron provided in the room.
