New shuffleboard and game console in sunroom with 60 games including Galaga, Packman, Donkey Kong and others of your classic favorites.
There is private pool treated weekly and before new guests. Pool is only open 5/1/21 through 9/30/21. There is a dock and swimming platform. Rear yard faces west for great sunset views with lawn furniture, table, hammock. The kitchen has pots, pans, dinnerware, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, etc. The house has cable TV and free wifi/internet.
There are 3 kayaks and a 2-person canoe (Keowee) available with paddles and life vests. There is also a public boat launch and walking track 3 miles away so you can launch boats or jet skis. From the dock you can fish, crab, and watch the dolphins.
There are nearby golf courses at The Point, Carolina Club and Kilmarlic. Also, the H2OBX Waterpark is just minutes away.
Short 5-10 minute ride across bridge to ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Taxi and UBER available.

Summary: We spent so much time out on the dock either fishing, watching fish and crabs, watching the stars/satellites, or just relaxing. We also loved the pool, hammock, games, birds, butterflies, sunsets.... etc. This was our first visit to NC and I'm really happy we chose this house/location. It was incredible to be right on the water! And although neighbors also had docks, we (almost) never saw anyone else the entire time we were there. Very private but also easy access to the more peopley areas.
