The condo has 3 bedrooms and a private screened in private balcony so that you can enjoy the wonderful view on the beach and on the lake. The owners have not cut any corner when renovating this condo. Nice furniture, recent and good-quality mattresses, linen (sheets, towels), pots and pans, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge... Nothing is missing for your enjoyment. And the community counts 4 pools. The nicest one is located in front of the condo. Beautiful pool with tiki bar, private beach with view on the beautiful lake. All of it is just steps away from the condo. You can use all the other amenities and pools for free - There is a concierge desk at the clubhouse in order to help you plan you dream vacation. After booking, you’ll receive a quick registration form to complete digitally.
We’ll ask for a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify your reservation.

A digital door code will be provided after verification is complete.
At least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important House Rules:
No smoking and no pets are allowed inside any of our properties.
The home is for vacation use only — it cannot be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team has the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card:
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues reported.
Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and temperature may vary based on weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
