The main floor also has a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom offers a nice deck with a babbling brook and has views overlooking Nordic Valley and the Wasatch Mountains. There's also a washer and dryer in the closet and plenty of closet space for clothes and luggage.
Upstairs, you'll find another queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a loft area with a full sofa sleeper. This makes the condo perfect for a family or a groups of friends, as everyone can have their own space.

If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
