This exceptional home is located in the heart of an established neighborhood close to Greenville. We are about 15 minutes from Downtown and close to lots of stores, restaurants, parks and all that Greenville has to offer.
We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible by offering a beautifully decorated and clean house that is located in a quiet but lovely neighborhood. We are only a phone call away in case something does not meet your requirements.
You have sole access to this completely newly furnished house. The highlight of this house is the screened- in patio, which can be reached through the open concept livingroom/ kitchen. Here you can relax from stressful days and spend cozy hours. The small dining table can also seat 4 people. The view falls on the garden with small play equipment for the children and then to the surrounding forest, which is to be reached over a bridge. This is an ideal home for families with children.
You will find three comfortable bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom.
The kitchen is new and equipped with all necessary utensils. The living room/dining room is part of the Open Living concept, and invites you to spend cozy hours with your loved ones. Moreover, you can do a few important tasks at the newly added workstation.

What about pets?
This home is not pet friendly.We do comply with requirements for service animals; however, please note that the ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules and are not allowed at this property.
What about early check-ins and late checkouts?
We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.
Do you allow long-term or frequent stays?
Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we do require a $500.00 refundable security deposit for your stay.

What are your cleaning practices (and fees)?
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It’s a fair question, and here’s our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort.We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival.
Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
What are StayGVL’s office hours?
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we’re available to you 24/7.
What do I need to do after booking?
All guests must sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) with our company after booking. This is an insurance and state requirement, and the VRA is a reiteration of the Terms and Conditions listed in our House Rules that you agree to when booking. We require this signed agreement whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.
