Casita Playuela is located in the charming beach setting of Playuela Valley. It is a simple retreat to break away from the crowds and relax. Peña Blanca and Wilderness Beach are less than a mile from the house and accessed thru a dirt trail a few steps from the main road. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 office/guest room, kitchen and living space. It has WiFi and a smart TV and it good for a small family or for a couple's or friends getaway to the west!
There is a separate unit below with its own private entrance that is being updated currently but no renters. The neighbor to the east has chickens, roosters, pigeons and a heron that squawks at random times, you get used to them after a few nights. Both neighbors are really wonderful, older couples that have lived here forever. They are very cool but please no loud late night or parties at the Casita. On Sundays, the beaches of Playuela get crowded with beachgoers, campers, bikes and 4 wheelers but the rest of the time, the area is tranquilo and very chill.
