Positive: The host was very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy. The village is pleasant and well-located for those who want to visit Colmar, about 7 minutes away.
Negative: We were charged a €30 cleaning fee upon arrival, with the alternative of paying a deposit of the same amount if we chose to clean the apartment ourselves. This fee was not mentioned in the description, which stated that the total price included all fees and charges. This left us with no choice, as the reservation was non-refundable. Additionally, the listing indicated that we were renting the entire place, but it is actually a two-floor house with independent units and shared outdoor areas. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was not working, and we also found greasy pans and kitchen utensils stored in the cabinet.
