Negative: Air-conditioning vent was full of dirt So many stains on rug A bit damaged couch Wooden panels on the floor was damaged and even moving. No detergent so I had to buy some Kitchen gadgets are not washed properly and damaged, so I couldn't cook at all. When I checked in, the front desk in the building didn't have keys so I couldn't stay there on the first night of my booking. They provided another flat which was one bedroom unit instead of two bedroom apartment where was far from the original place. The Pelican residence that is managing this apartment didn't get back to me about refunding of the first night yet.
