Negative: Left standing on the street outside the apartment entrance for 50 mins; not good for anyone especially 2 people in their late 70's. Begona keep saying she would with us shortly. When we got in the front door was open and the cleaner was just laving.

Summary: 7th floor - needs Fire Safety instructions. Needs instructions on how to use hob and oven.
