You will really be seduced by the very rustic interior of our gîte which is twelve kilometers from Lake Annecy but a stone's throw from the Marlens lake and the cycle path, the small resorts (Sambuy and Montmin), the hiking trails and paragliding spots.
Less than 35 minutes from the major ski resorts (La Clusaz and Espace Diamant), 3 minutes from the regular Annecy/Albertville bus stop, the gîte offers you a haven of peace and tranquility. The paraglider departure point is located at the Col de l'Épine, at an altitude of 950 m.
A bakery and its terrace, the Marlens lake and its restaurant are at your disposal within a radius of 1 kilometer from the house to allow you to relax and recharge your batteries after walking the hiking trails and/or doing some hiking. paragliding.
