This home is equipped with high-speed internet to stream movies on all the TVs (no cable is not available), built in smart stream or attached ROKUs. There is a complementary XBOX for the entire family to enjoy.
This cozy home is uniquely designed with two separate living quarters.
Please be advised when booking if you would like both living areas to advise the property manager(s) you would like to reserve both living areas, otherwise your reservation only reserves the UPPER level. The LOWER level is an additional fee to reserve.

THE SPACE:
The UPPER living area can comfortably accommodate 10 guests...5 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has its own TV.
Fully equipped French design kitchen with full laundry room in the next room;
One King Master Suite w/private bath & a walk in closet located upstairs;
One Queen Master Suite w/private bath & direct access to screened in patio lounging area located on ground/main level (handicap accessible);
Two Private Queen Bedrooms, one is significantly large w/ full length mirrors and cozy beds, shared bathroom located on ground/main level (handicap accessible);
One Double Room with Twin beds, shared bathroom.
If you have more than 10 guests, you have the option to reserve the LOWER level, which will NEVER be booked separately outside of your booking.
The LOWER level consists of a 2 bedroom apartment that can accommodate 6 people.
One bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 full-size beds.
Theres a full kitchen, a full bath, and a washer and dryer.
A modern design living room, coin vending machines, and XBOX. The fee to open this space up is an additional $120 a night unless we’re running a special. Contact the property manager(s) prior to booking.

THE OUTDOORS:
The pool is cleaned, and the water is balanced weekly. Keep in mind that trees also surround the pool; leaves and tree debris will fall inside. We have a pole and net for guests to remove debris.
The spa only can be heated at $100 per night. ***During the cold months, there WILL be an up-charge to heat the pool of $300 per night per guest request(Pool itself will not be heated during the Summer months). The spa FEE stays throughout the year. Must pay prior...and it will be turned on remotely.
