Arlington Park Area! Freshly renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home just 15 minutes away from the Siesta beach and 5 minutes away from Sarasota Downtown area! Located at quiet friendly neighborhood, perfect for your vacation. This house has a heated pool and fenced spacious backyard for no-beach days. Open living room, three big bedrooms renovated modern kitchen are perfect for a vacation of 6!
***During colder weather we set our pools to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. It will take a few hours for the pool to heat up. We can't make it any hotter because the heater simply can't reach it due to the outside being so cold.

Summary: We had a great stay in this home with our two dogs near Arlington Park. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a two week stay. We had a couple maintenance issues which were quickly addressed. The house is right across the street from a park with walking paths and an off-leash dog park. Easy access nearby to the Legacy Trail for bike riding and a quick ride to downtown restaurants and beaches.
