It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This comfortable, spacious and bright apartment with solarium has 143m². The apartment with capacity for 6 people has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped.
On the main floor where the entire dwelling is distributed, there is a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, large wooden dining table with chairs, free WiFi and large windows that open to a beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. The independent kitchen, with exit also to the terrace, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, juicer and plates and bowls. Additionally, the apartment offers three beautiful rooms, one of them with two individual beds together and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two rooms have two individual beds each and are next to another complete bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and heat through ducts and exit to the terrace. From the living room, you can access the solarium via a spiral staircase with beautiful mountain views.

The establishment is located just 5 minutes walking from the Arenal area where the only sandy beach of Jávea "Playa del Arenal" is located, and all services, such as beach bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Even closer, just 350m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar I", with bathing areas and the seafront promenade that reaches the Port. The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport "ALC" is 101 km away.
