Summary: Great property, very spacious especially for Japan city standards. Only gripe is with being able to talk to a representative is especially difficult. For example, parking is in specific spots, I came home one evening and found another car in my spot, I couldn't do anything about it. Next morning I found a note on my car as I had then parked in another spot. Resolving this issue is practically impossible.
